Meaghan began her journey in the financial services industry in August 2008. Over the past 15 years, she has worked diligently through schooling and practice to deliver valued service and superior financial education to our clients. In 2011, Meaghan obtained a master's of business administration from Louisiana State University. Her resolute passion for both learning and financial planning incited her to earn the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification in 2016. She continued her education in recent years by becoming a Louisiana notary public, a nonprofit management certificant, and an IRS enrolled agent. Her status as an enrolled agent has been valuable to our clients as we navigate complex tax planning strategies throughout our comprehensive financial planning process.

As a child, Meaghan lived in Hamburg, Germany, exposing her to international travel and forming her love for languages at a young age. Meaghan returned to the U.S. to complete her high school education and her undergraduate studies in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Taking a one-year teaching opportunity in Toulouse, France, after earning her bachelor's degree, Meaghan continued to embrace her passion for worldly experiences. Once again, her deep-seated roots in the South brought her back to Baton Rouge to start a career in the financial planning field. Meaghan's husband, Hank, and beloved dog, Lana, are her partners in life's adventures. When not serving our clients, you will find Meaghan running with Lana; spending time with family, friends, and godchildren; doing a jigsaw or crossword puzzle; or traveling to unique international destinations.

In our practice, Meaghan has filled many roles. As our director of wealth planning services, she uses her experience from serving as the practice's paraplanner, client service manager, and financial advisor to guide our clients through the development and implementation processes of their individual financial plans.
